Repostify provides a content automation pipeline that allows creators and developers to distribute content across various social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) via authorized API connections. The user is solely responsible for the content uploaded and distributed through our service.

3. User Obligations and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or distribute content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute spam, malicious code, or prohibited content in violation of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other platform policies.
• Abuse our API endpoints or attempt to bypass rate limits.

4. Third-Party Platform Terms of Service

By using our Service to connect to supported platforms, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service, and the Instagram Terms of Use, as well as their respective privacy policies. We utilize their official API Services.

5. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Service at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
