2. Description of Services

Repostify provides an omni-channel content automation pipeline and management platform that allows creators and businesses to distribute vertical short-form video content across various supported social media platforms (e.g., YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook Pages & Reels, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat Spotlight) via authorized API connections. The user is solely responsible for the content uploaded and distributed through our service.

3. User Obligations and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or distribute content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of others.
  • Distribute spam, misleading metadata, deceptive behavior, malicious code, or prohibited content in violation of YouTube, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, or Snapchat Community Guidelines and developer terms.
  • Abuse our API endpoints or attempt to bypass rate limits and platform quotas.

4. Third-Party Platform Terms of Service

By using our Service to connect to supported third-party platforms, you also acknowledge and agree to be bound by the respective terms of service and developer policies of each platform:
